Now days every one is very much  interested to be fit but the only effort they do is just join the gym & that's it, but in my opinion it's not that worthy like why we're paying money for that purpose which is just a waste of money. 

As i'm a cyclist and as in daily routine, I used to ride minimum up-to 30km and sometimes, when the weather is awesome as good as F**%   :), yeah you know the felling hah....lol, so back to topic, that used to ride 50 to 60 km in that moment, and believe me its totally worthy.



let me tell you something i never used to go to gym the only thing i do is 100 pushups daily and 30 to 40 km ride bi-cycle daily and thats it and guess what my lower body is that enough strong that i can sleep while standing without falling down :0 lol........ but i didn't mean to say that you can sleep while standing, i only mean that you can stay fit without paying any money why pay more when you can invest that on your diet or invest that money for a good cause.
